The founder was spending roughly 3 hours every day manually exchanging texts with leads, verifying calendar slots, and chasing down Venmo payments post-service. Furthermore, the lack of a financial commitment at the time of booking meant that 'no-shows' were common, leaving physical service bays empty and staff unutilized.

02 / The Architecture

Bespoke Engineering

We engineered absolute operational leverage by building a bespoke full-stack SaaS funnel. A Next.js front-end drives the initial customer acquisition and service package selection. Once a package is chosen, the system queries a custom Node/Express backend that syncs directly with their operational PostgreSQL database to find available time slots using complex interval logic. To eliminate no-shows, we integrated Stripe Connect to mandate a non-refundable 20% deposit that successfully places a hard hold on the calendar slot instantly.
